How does pizza delivery works?
Here’s how: you place your order online, and our food delivery service team will schedule it for you. Once the order is shipped and ready, you’ll get an alert that it’s on its way. Our driver will drop your pizza off on your doorstep.
Is the pizza free after 30 minutes?
The pizza comes with a 30-minute guarantee from the time an order is placed. If the time taken to deliver the pizza is more than 30 minutes, the order is free. Our company does not penalize its drivers for late delivery. They preserve the right to withdraw the service guarantee without prior information.
If the delivery time exceeds 30 minutes, we count your order as late and you receive your pizza free. The service guarantee may be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery. Conditions apply.
